LEAD Charter School offers students the opportunity to pursue their high school diploma and an industry-standard certificate in three career pathways.
CONSTRUCTION
Young people gain hands-on training in plumbing, electrical and carpentry, while also learning the basic skills needed to transition into any craft area they choose - whether residential or commercial. Young people also work on active worksites to rehabilitate homes in historic Newark neighborhoods.
