The mission of LEAD Charter School is to help students ages 16-21 master the essential skills for post-secondary success. As New Jersey’s first - and only - alternative charter high school, our community touts an innovative model that re-engages young people through personalized and relevant content with rigorous and standards-driven instruction. Through learning opportunities with partner organizations and corporate partners, LEAD is preparing students to be competitive in the local workforce, transition to post-secondary education and find success in any career path.
